Our rates are designed to be highly accommodating for venues. There will be a minimum and maximum cap on a sliding scale based on capacity and the numbers we bring in for you. We’re only happy if you’re happy. We’re only successful if you’re successful.
To come out of the gate strong, we would want to secure a host that is a good fit, get all promotional materials and our website updated, and determine our in-game set up and sound. We also want to give some lead time for the promotions to reach potential customers. This can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the circumstances.
No, we run screen-free games. It would, however, be very helpful to the cause if you had reliable Wi-Fi to ensure the smoothest running of the game.
We need a table for the TJ, access to an outlet, with good visibility, and access for your players to get to the TJ table to turn in answers. Finally, some “return” gift certificates for the winners are needed for each game… and that’s it! (In some cases, we can plug in to your sound system, if that’s more preferable)
No. GlobeTilt will send you an invoice once a month for the games that were run.
You don’t. We would simply ask you to give it 6-8 weeks to allow us to build up your following on GlobeTilt night.
